How to Use:
Apply 3-4 drops to a diffuser of your choice. For full benefits diffuse for at least 30 minutes.

Dilute with your favorite carrier oil and/or skincare base and apply topically.

Recipe Idea: Facial Steam for easy breathing
Cleanse face prior to misting. Bring 3 cups of water to a boil. Remove from heat and allow to cool for several minutes. Pour water into a bowl and add 5-7 drops of oil to water and stir. Place bowl in a comfortable position. Drape towel over your head, shoulders, and bowl. Lean over the bowl (10-12 inches away), close eyes, inhale though your nose and exhale though your mouth. Enjoy the relief from congestion, mucus, inflammation, itching, and other cold and allergy symptoms.
