How to Use:
Apply 3-4 drops to a diffuser of your choice. For full benefits diffuse for at least 30 minutes.

Dilute with your favorite carrier oil and/or skincare base and apply topically.

Recipe Idea: Massage blend for stress relief 
Combine 4 teaspoons of your favorite carrier oil (I like jojoba oil), 2 drops of lavender essential oil, and 2 drops of rosemary essential oil. Combine well. Massage well into skin and large muscles.
